nowshed-imran a42db12085 refactor(archlinux)!: remove yaourt support (#9713) 
BREAKING CHANGE: `yaourt` is no longer maintained nor available as a package.
Use `pacman` or one of the other maintained AUR helpers.

Closes #9713
