Manuel Faux fee61a7c47 fix(screen): Prevent title being overwritten (#4633 )

lib/termsupport.zsh creates titles for screen which take precedence over
titles set by the screen plugin. Unsetting the title() function within
the screen plugin prevent this "race-condition".

screen

This plugin sets title and hardstatus of the tab window for screen, the terminal multiplexer.

To use it add screen to the plugins array in your zshrc file.

plugins=(... screen)
