docs(gh): fix the completion cache path in the README

Browse Source 
The cache section still described the pre-#10616 layout: a _gh file inside
the plugin directory and a gh_version marker. The plugin has written to
$ZSH_CACHE_DIR/completions/_gh since then and keeps no version file.
