Vicente MerloandClaude Opus 5 c6e66edee8 feat(mix): complete only test and script files for test and run (#11020) 
`mix test <TAB>` and `mix run <TAB>` offered every file in the tree. Narrow them to test files (including umbrella apps) and to .ex/.exs respectively.
