Robby RussellandClaude Fable 5.1 ce38abe854 docs(gh): fix the completion cache path in the README 
The cache section still described the pre-#10616 layout: a _gh file inside
the plugin directory and a gh_version marker. The plugin has written to
$ZSH_CACHE_DIR/completions/_gh since then and keeps no version file.

Marc Cornellà d3bb52d7d8 style: declare globals properly 
By default, `typeset` defines variables locally unless in the main scope.
This is specially bad when using `omz plugin load`, which happens inside
a function, so the declared variables don't continue being defined when
the function finishes and the main scope reappears.

Marc Cornellà eb2eacaf0c refactor(plugins): remove old generated completion files 
This removes .gitignore plugin files and adds a force-rm of the old completion file,
which ignores any errors if the file doesn't exist.
